Constituted as “World BASC Organization”, an international non-profit organization under the laws of the United States of America.
BASC currently has a presence through its BASC Chapters in the following countries of the Americas and the Caribbean: Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, the United States, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela.
Those companies located in countries where there are no BASC chapters can also be members and be certified BASC through World BASC Organization Headquarters.
Where companies from the private sector, governments and countries can participate, obtaining unique benefits and focused on promoting a safe international trade.
